MRI Safety Events and Reporting - Video Lesson
Hey everybody. Welcome to today's lesson on safety events and near miss reporting in the MRI environment. MRI is one of the safest imaging modalities when best practices are followed but it also carries unique hazards. Understanding how to recognize, report and respond to safety issues is essential for protecting both patients and staff as well as for maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Let's get started. To begin, let's identify three critical terms used in MRI safety management.
