Hey, everybody. In this lesson, we will be discussing image quality issues in fluoroscopy. It is important to understand these issues and what causes distortions or artifacts on an image as they can impact a provider's ability to make accurate diagnoses or to perform procedures correctly. It is important to know that when discussing image quality and fluoroscopy, We are paying attention to things like spatial resolution, which is the structural sharpness recorded in the fluoroscopic image.
